Basically: I can receive money through Western Union.
  For sending money by this system all you need is an ID(ausweis, passport, identity card -  kinda inner country document, it's called differently in different countries) and anyplace that has Western Union. Here on WesternUnion site is good solution about all this: http://www.westernunion.com/us/send-money/send-money-in-person.page?
  It is not so difficult.
Also you can do payment on-line, just as PayPal.
All this is becouse here in my country we cant't work with PayPal normally.

The reason I offer the Express commissions is that I really need to save some money fast to move into a new home next year, also for replacing some computer related stuff (scanner and my very old screen), and to cover faster my monthly bills. I talked about this idea on an older journal but I had to adjust the price a bit to cover some costs sorry.
Also I had to rise the rest of my prices a bit to cover taxes and other fees I have to pay when I turn my funds into cash.

Updated commission's info and price list again. I raised the prices here and there quite a bit, but I think it suits my current ability and efforts better now.
For now I'm not sure when I will officially open for commissions again, but if you really want it you can send me a note of what you'd like to commission me. If the commission is easy enough for me to work on quickly, I will consider accepting it right away. If not, you can get on my wait list and you'll be among the 1sts I contact when I open for commissions again.
